As ERKUL KOZMETİK SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş, in order to provide a work environment where occupational safety and employee health are not compromised during our production, services and activities, within the scope we defined in the OHS Manual;

To determine the internal and external factors that affect the strategic goals and purpose of our company, to determine the ability to reach the targeted result/results of the OHS Management System being applied, to give assurance that it can reach the aimed outputs,

By creating a safe and healthy working environment, to prevent or reduce the undesirable effects of risks that may adversely affect occupational safety and employee health, adopting continuous improvement as a goal,

With the understanding of "HUMAN FIRST, HEALTH FIRST, OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY FIRST";

WE ARE COMMITTED TO:

Pursuing our activities in honesty and confidence in line with the necessities of the time with our employees, customers and suppliers, following international social responsibility developments with the participation of our main and strategical partners under the business partnership rules and complying with the current legislations and regulations and the ISO 45001 standard, and associating our business partners and employees with this approach,

Not employing under-age workers on the basis of the respect for the children’s right to education and healthy development and complying with the principles and procedures of employing young workers,

Considering the wages policy in line with the competencies and skills of our employees, taking “the Subsistence Wage” as the minimum payment; offering wages sufficient for the employees to meet their basic needs and not offering wages below the subsistence wage limit and effectuating the payments of overtime compensations with additions as stipulated by the law,

Regulating the work hours of the employees in accordance with the legislations, adhering to the principle of volunteerism in overtime working by giving particular importance to respecting human rights and not operating on public and religious holidays,
